We pride ourselves on being able to offer unbelievable prices and promotional offers on a massive range of products. As such we focus incredibly hard on absolutely minimising our delivery costs. If value is important to you we recommend our Standard UK Mainland delivery service but your order may take longer to receive. If you need your goods quicker, please select our Next Day Service and your order will be priority picked and dispatched.

Our Delivery Services

We currently use APC to deliver all of our orders.

We offer two delivery services, a standard 2-3 working day delivery and a Next Day service for UK Mainland customers.

Order by 4pm Monday to Friday, select the Next Day delivery option, and your order will be dispatched later that day and delivered on the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm on any given day may get dispatched that day but are more likely to be dispatched the following working day and therefore delivered the day after.

Next Day delivery orders placed after 4pm on a Friday and across the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.

Restrictions

We offer our delivery services throughout the UK Mainland only.

Options & Prices

Our UK Mainland delivery charges are:

      • FREE Standard Delivery on orders over £40

      • (please note an order will not qualify for free delivery if a promotion code reduces the order total below £40)

      • Standard Delivery - £2.50 (delivered in 2-3 working days)

      • Next Day Delivery - £4.95 (orders placed before 4pm)

Delivery Lead Times

Standard Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days, this is automatically selected on all orders during checkout, should you require your order quicker we offer a Next Working Day Delivery for orders placed before 4pm.

We do not currently deliver on Bank Holidays and our delivery lead times are not guaranteed.

Delivery To British Forces Post Office

We are currently unable to deliver to British Forces Post Office.

Overdue Deliveries

Please check the date of your order and the delivery service you selected. Your order is late if:

     • You have ordered using our Standard Delivery service and it is 14 full working days since you placed your order.

     • You have ordered using our Next Day Delivery service before 4pm the day before and your order has not arrived the following day

     • You have ordered using our Next Day Delivery service after 4pm and your order has not arrived within 2 working days.

Lost Deliveries

If you believe the carrier has lost your parcel please use our contact us form and we will look to resolve the issues as quickly as possible

Adding Items To An Order Already Placed

We are unable to amend or add to an order, you will need to place a new order. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make any further changes.

Incorrect Item Received

We're very sorry if you have received an incorrect item. Please use our contact us form so we can put things right for you

Returns

You may return most items in a new and unused condition and wherever possible in original packaging. If you want to cancel/return your order you must tell us within 14 days (beginning on the day you receive the goods) which you then have 14 days to return the items. Please use our contact us form with this request

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 workings days of us receiving your returned items or order cancellation request, all refunds are credited to your original payment method.

Refunds for electrical goods such as Silhouette, Cricut or Secabo brand cannot be given unless the item is found to be faulty
